Description
What you'll do
- •Own end-to-end design for key product areas and user journeys
- •Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI ready for production
- •Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented design across mobile and web
- •Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship impactful features
- •Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- •Improve onboarding, trading, payments, and portfolio UX
- •Design for trust, clarity, and security in high-stakes financial interactions
- •Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing
- •Contribute to product strategy through user insights and design thinking
- •Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively
- •Contribute to and evolve the design system across platforms
- •Ensure consistency across app, web, and marketing surfaces
- •Provide feedback and design critiques to other designers
- •Support and mentor junior designers

Requirements
- •5–8+ years in Product Design (consumer products)
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped mobile and web products
- •Very strong appetite for aesthetics
- •Direct crypto experience (required): wallet, exchange, DeFi, explorer, or on-chain products
- •Strong proficiency in Figma
- •Deep understanding of mobile and web UX patterns
- •Experience designing for crypto-specific challenges: self-custody, transactions & signing flows, trading UX, blockchain data representation, trust & security design
