Overview
Wormhole Labs is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to build and ship features across Sunrise and Portal, focusing on frontend architecture and secure development practices.
What you will do
- •Build and ship features across Sunrise and Portal.
- •Own frontend architecture decisions and drive quality for user-facing surfaces.
- •Follow best practices for secure frontend development and build new ones alongside our security team.
- •Maintain and improve testing frameworks and thoroughly test your code.
- •Contribute to open-source Wormhole components (TypeScript SDK, Connect) as needed.
- •Stay current with web3 development practices, tooling, and ecosystem trends.
What we're looking for
- •5+ years building web applications used globally.
- •Proficiency with Claude Code. We use agentic coding tools every day and look for candidates who are excited to improve how they work alongside the tools.
- •High agency. You identify the right problems and drive outcomes without waiting for permission.
- •Customer obsession. You take pride in building great experiences and care about the business impact of your work. You challenge priorities when the impact is unclear.
- •Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
