Senior Product Manager - Localcoin

Localcoin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead integrations and platform initiatives. This remote role focuses on managing product roadmaps and collaborating with engineering to deliver high-quality integrations.

• •Own the product roadmap for our Integrations team, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• •Partner closely with Engineering to define requirements, prioritize work, resolve tradeoffs, and ship high-quality integrations.
• •Develop a strong understanding of our technical architecture, crypto-related product surface area, customers, partners, and market dynamics.
• •Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment across teams.
• •Translate ambiguous product needs into clear problem statements, product requirements, MVP definitions, and execution plans.
• •Support new product initiatives once opportunities have been identified by helping evaluate feasibility, expected impact, build costs, risks, and success criteria.
• •Advise leadership with clear product recommendations, including tradeoffs, assumptions, risks, and implementation paths.
• •Lead approved new product initiatives from concept through prototype, working closely with Engineering and other stakeholders to deliver a working product within expected timelines.
• •Define success metrics for integrations and new product initiatives, and use data, customer feedback, and market insights to guide product decisions.
• •Help ensure new products are not only built, but also positioned for successful adoption, iteration, and long-term impact.

• •Strong product management experience, ideally in a technical, platform, integrations, infrastructure, fintech, crypto, or developer-focused environment.
• •Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset transaction flows.
• •Experience working with compliance and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and MSB regulations.
• •Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through execution and launch.
• •Comfortable working closely with Engineering on technically complex products, including APIs, integrations, system architecture, partner dependencies, and infrastructure-related tradeoffs.
• •Demonstrated success balancing product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
• •Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and clearly articulate product decisions.
• •Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where adaptability, ownership, and initiative are essential.
• •A bias toward ownership, clarity, and execution in ambiguous environments.
