- •5+ years of experience in product operations or a related role; crypto/Web3 industry experience required (trading product experience is a strong plus).
- •Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools (SQL is a plus).

- •Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to drive projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
