What You’ll Do
- •Own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog
- •Identify and validate new opportunities (features, integrations, partnerships)
- •Research market trends, competitors, and emerging blockchain ecosystems
- •Evaluate what’s worth building based on user value, growth, and long-term impact
- •Translate complex crypto concepts into simple and secure UX
- •Lead initiatives from discovery to production
- •Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and compliance
- •Analyze product metrics and continuously improve outcomes

Requirements
- •3-5+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager role
- •Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
- •Experience with product discovery and delivery
- •Ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution
- •Data-driven mindset and understanding of key product metrics
- •Strong communication skills: able to clearly articulate ideas, defend priorities, and build alignment across teams.
- •High level of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- •Crypto / Web3
- •Experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, DeFi, or Web3 products
- •Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokens, gas, swaps, bridges
- •Understanding of custody vs. self-custody and on-chain user flows
- •Ability to evaluate new chains and trends from a product perspective
- •Strong awareness of the wallet landscape and evolving UX patterns
