Senior Project Manager

Join OneMarketData as a Senior Project Manager to lead medium-complexity IT projects in a remote, full-time role. Salary ranges from $92,000 to $149,500 USD. • •Project Planning & Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans.
• •Execution: Lead project teams in executing project plans, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• •Budget & Financial Oversight: Work within budgets set by Lead PMs, monitoring alignment with contract constraints.
• •Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders.
• •Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive execution of project goals.
• •Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential project risks and suggest strategies to mitigate them.
• •Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• •Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior project managers.
• •Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

• •4+ years of experience in international IT projects.
• •Experience in back-end project implementation and infrastructure-oriented projects.
• •Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.

• •Good understanding of SDLC.
• •Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• •Fluent in English.
• •FinTech background will be a plus.
