Description
Responsibilities
- •Testing strategy: develop testing plans for sandbox systems (object physics, ragdoll, item interaction, player tools).
- •Quality control: establish metrics and release readiness criteria for key game systems.
- •Mechanic testing: verify complex interactions in sandbox environments and emergent scenarios.
- •Root Cause Analysis: investigate systemic and hard-to-reproduce bugs (physics, simulation, network synchronization).
- •Cross-platform testing: organize testing on mobile and web versions.
- •Interaction with Dev team: collaborate with designers and programmers to enhance system testability during development.
- •Network testing: analyze traffic and server system performance through proxy tools and APIs.
- •Processes and mentoring: develop QA standards, work with documentation, and train other engineers in a systematic approach.
- •Analytics: identify quality issues based on logs and player feedback.
Conditions
- •Experience in automation testing is a plus.
- •Familiarity with physics engines, UGC systems, or modifications is a plus.
- •Knowledge of scripting languages (Python / Lua) is a plus.

- •Ability to conduct deep technical analysis of bug causes.
- •Experience working in cross-functional teams.
