Description
What you'll do
- •Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional, and regression testing.
- •Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance.
- •Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirements.
- •Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plans.
- •Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team.
- •Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- •Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team.
- •Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes.
- •Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements
- •Proven experience (4+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologies.
- •Strong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java).
- •Experience with API testing (REST, WebSocket) and understanding of blockchain or fintech environments is a plus.
- •Solid knowledge of agile development processes, CI/CD workflows.
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- •Proven ability to thrive in an English-speaking, collaborative work environment.
