Scorewarrior is an international gaming company-developer and publisher creating the MMO 4X-strategy Total Battle. The company has over 200 specialists.

• •Lead the full recruitment cycle for the Player Care department, including mass recruitment and senior specialist search.
• •Build the selection system: candidate profiles, interviews, tests, and evaluation criteria.
• •Independently search for candidates through LinkedIn, gaming and professional communities, and specialist databases.
• •Form market maps, databases of potential candidates, and track conversion at each hiring stage.
• •Conduct regular calibration of requirements with hiring managers and adjust searches based on market data.
• •Analyze hiring results and use probationary period outcomes to improve selection criteria.
• •Support candidates until the offer stage and assist in closing vacancies, including relocation to Cyprus.
