What you'll do
- β’Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the crypto derivatives market.
- β’Proactively source, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- β’Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the crypto space, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- β’Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to position the company effectively.
- β’Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and prospecting to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
- β’Attend and represent the company at key industry events and conferences, building brand presence and establishing partnerships.
- β’Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and compliance to align business development efforts with company goals.
- β’Regularly report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets to senior management.
