What you'll do
- •Serve as a functional subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and other supported modules.
- •Support system enhancements, releases, and optimization initiatives by gathering requirements, evaluating solutions, and coordinating implementation activities.
- •Analyze business requirements and translate them into system recommendations and process improvements.
- •Troubleshoot complex system, process, and data issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution.
- •Ensure data integrity and system accuracy through audits, data validation, reconciliation activities, and issue resolution.
- •Support testing activities for system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and releases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- •Partner with Information Technology, vendors, and stakeholders to support system integrations, enhancements, and operational projects.
- •Support security administration, workflow troubleshooting, and employee data management activities.
- •Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content.
- •Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvements, automation, and system optimization initiatives.
