• •Coordinate Scrum Meetings: Ensure smooth and effective Scrum meetings.
• •Ensure Adherence to Scrum Principles: Guarantee the team fully embraces and practices Scrum.
• •Facilitate Communication: Bridge between the development team and Delivery Manager for seamless collaboration.
• •Remove Impediments: Work closely with the team to eliminate roadblocks and keep the project on track.
• •Project Status Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
• •Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating when necessary.
