What you'll do
- •Develop and implement SMM strategy and content plan according to the communication and marketing strategy for one of the brand's offices.
- •Create visual content, write texts, and design publications: posts, carousels, reels.
- •Daily manage stories.
- •Track trends and adapt them to our brand and niche.
- •Shoot content at weddings in St. Petersburg, edit it in real-time, coordinate, and publish in stories.
- •Prepare briefs for wedding shoots, often featuring teams, stars, decor, and event programs.
- •Monitor bride inquiries on Instagram and respond on behalf of the brand, fostering a warm connection.
- •Organically grow the audience through reels that reach recommendations, collaborative reels with brides, partners, stars, and contractors.
- •Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short videos, participate in filming the organizing team in the office.
- •Propose collaboration ideas with other brands and create joint content.
- •Regularly analyze content and growth hypotheses: formats, sections, CTAs, engagement mechanics.
- •Attend weekly sprints with the team.
