## What you'll do

• •Develop and maintain dashboards and tools for quality metrics.
• •Partner with engineering teams on reliability and performance initiatives.
• •Advocate for quality culture improvements.
• •Align product strategy with technical roadmap.
• •Promote best practices through design and code reviews.
• •Lead AI-driven development practices.

## Conditions

• •Annual base salary range: $128K-$212K.
