## What you'll do

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact features in our React web applications, from technical scoping through production
  • Take end-to-end ownership of projects by defining technical approach, managing execution, and driving them to completion independently
  • Establish and uphold engineering standards through code reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on mentorship of junior and mid-level engineers
  • Partner with product managers and designers as a technical decision-maker, influencing product direction and advocating for engineering best practices
  • Identify and drive improvements to tooling, testing, documentation, and performance

## Conditions

  • Compensation Range: $119,680 - $149,600/yr
  • 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering experience, with a track record of delivering complex frontend projects end-to-end
  • Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, React, and TypeScript
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
  • Experience making architectural decisions and setting technical standards on a team
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and accessible application patterns
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks
