## What you'll do
- •Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact features in our React web applications, from technical scoping through production
- •Take end-to-end ownership of projects by defining technical approach, managing execution, and driving them to completion independently
- •Establish and uphold engineering standards through code reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on mentorship of junior and mid-level engineers
- •Partner with product managers and designers as a technical decision-maker, influencing product direction and advocating for engineering best practices
- •Identify and drive improvements to tooling, testing, documentation, and performance
## Conditions
- •Compensation Range: $119,680 - $149,600/yr
- •25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly

Requirements
- •5+ years of engineering experience, with a track record of delivering complex frontend projects end-to-end
- •Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, React, and TypeScript
- •Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
- •Experience making architectural decisions and setting technical standards on a team
- •Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and accessible application patterns
- •Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
- •Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities
- •Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- •Experience with automated testing frameworks
