Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- •7–10 years of experience in the life, annuity, or financial services industry.
- •Proven expertise in business analysis, systems analysis, or solution design.
- •Strong grasp of methodologies supporting the planning and requirements phases of the SDLC.
- •Knowledge of agile practices and familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Airtable.
- •Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
