## What you'll do

• •Advance the business development pipeline for World ID integrations.
• •Own the forecasting and planning cycle across markets.
• •Conduct in-depth analyses on strategic and operational questions.
• •Manage the team's hiring pipeline and organizational design.
• •Prepare materials for organizational alignment and stakeholder communication.

• •BSc in a quantitative discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
• •10+ years of experience in project, data, tech, or leadership roles.
• •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet modeling.
• •Excellent written and spoken English.
• •Proficiency with Notion, Linear, or similar tools.
