Responsibilities
- •Provide 2nd line support for users.
- •Automate user requests coming through Service Desk.
- •Automate team tasks: diagnose issues and resolve system outages.
- •Address interaction problems with related systems.
- •Install updates.
- •Participate in system development and actively collaborate with development teams to set up monitoring.

- •Experience in technical support (L1/L2) or related IT fields.
- •Good understanding of operating systems (Linux): diagnostics, configuration, administration.
- •Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN) and basic network diagnostics skills.
- •Ability to work with monitoring systems and ticket systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zabbix, Grafana).
- •Scripting and task automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
- •Experience writing and maintaining small utilities/scripts for automating repetitive tasks.
- •Understanding of CI/CD principles and version control systems (Git).
- •Database skills: writing SQL queries, procedures, views, periodic JOBs, etc.; understanding of microservices architecture.
- •Understanding of web applications, experience diagnosing UI issues (experience with Chrome developer tools).
- •Ability to read and understand code in JavaScript (UI) and Java (backend).
- •Experience deploying or working with ELK.
- •Ability to document processes and create user instructions.
- •Willingness to participate in periodic on-call duties (24-hour format, in the Moscow time zone).
