Requirements
- •4–7 years of commercial experience as a systems/business analyst or integration analyst.
- •System design.
- •Strong BPMN 2.0 skills: end-to-end process design with exception handling, compensation, events, and parallel branching.
- •Practical experience with Camunda Modeler, bpmn.io, or similar.
- •Competency in C4 model at all levels, from stakeholder context to component design.
- •ERD and logical data modeling: normalization, OLTP schema design, understanding event sourcing and CQRS at the data level.
- •UML primarily sequence, state, and class diagrams.
- •Experience in describing state machines for entities with complex transitions and invariants.
- •Modeling tools: proficiency in at least 2-3 of PlantUML, Mermaid, Structurizr, draw.io, Miro, Lucidchart.
- •English: B2+.
