Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • **Strategic Hiring:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for **Engineering**, **Product**, **Tech**, and general roles, maintaining a strong focus on talent quality.
  • **Partnership:** Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, crafting captivating job descriptions, providing insights, market data, and talent strategy guidance.
  • **Candidate Experience:** Deliver a world-class experience for candidates, ensuring BVNK’s values and culture are represented at every touchpoint.
  • **Sourcing:** Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through creative sourcing strategies, including networking, referral programmes, and market mapping. Specifically in our **Engineering hubs** (**Bulgaria**, **South Africa**, **Poland**, **US**).
  • **Process Optimisation:** Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed.
  • **Data-Driven Decisions:** Track and report on key hiring metrics to evaluate performance and optimise strategies.

Requirements

What we need from you

  • **Experience:** 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specialising in Engineering, Product, and Tech roles, with additional experience in fast-growing or startup environments as a plus.
  • **Technical understanding:** We need you to be able to talk tech with both our internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure technical alignment. Ability to conduct **informed, consultative discussions** with engineers and managers to accurately align candidate skills with specific technical requirements.
  • **Market Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the Tech talent landscape, sourcing tools, and techniques.
  • **Stakeholder Management:** Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
  • **Results-Oriented:** Demonstrated success in effectively owning recruitment processes and projects, delivering high-quality hires within tight timelines.
  • **Agility:** Adept at managing multiple roles and competing priorities, with the flexibility to adapt seamlessly to shifting demands.
  • **Culture Add:** Passionate about fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • **Demonstrated curiosity** and awareness of trends shaping modern financial technology, including AI, stablecoin infrastructure, cross-border payments, and digital asset ecosystems.
