What You’ll Be Doing
- •Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market
- •Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, owning requisitions from brief to close
- •Build and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies
- •Own the end-to-end candidate experience as a core part of your recruitment practice

What We Look For In You
- •Extensive in-house technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record placing mid to senior-level roles
- •Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
- •Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- •Proven ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring goals
- •English and Chinese language fluency to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions
