Our current products; Stake, Liquid, and Cash enable users to earn yield in a variety of DeFi strategies, and spend their assets in the real world with our credit cards. What you’ll do
- •Own products from idea through launch, iteration, and ongoing performance
- •Define product requirements, success metrics, and priorities in partnership with Engineering and Design
- •Build intuitive experiences that simplify complex financial and crypto concepts
- •Translate customer, business, and operational needs into clear product specifications
- •Partner closely with engineers to design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions
- •Use data, research, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions
- •Analyze funnels, user behavior, and product performance to improve adoption, retention, and revenue
- •Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership to deliver impactful outcomes

What we’re looking for
- •4+ years of Product Management experience
- •Experience building credit card, crypto, fintech, or money movement products
- •Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams
- •Ability to understand APIs, system architecture, integrations, and data flows
- •Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions
- •Excellent written communication and product specification skills
- •Proven ability to ship products in fast-moving startup environments
