Senior Technical Product Manager

• •Drive product development across multiple initiatives, from new products and feature ideation through launch, iteration, growth, and continuous improvement
• •Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives
• •Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction and priorities
• •Own prioritization decisions using user feedback, product intuition, data, and business context
• •Translate complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans
• •Maintain a strong product quality bar across user experience, functionality, and execution
• •Define and monitor key product metrics and use insights to improve decision-making
• •Work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, growth, BD, operations, and support
• •Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations

• •7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on technical or infrastructure-heavy products
• •Strong product fundamentals and proven product judgment
• •Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance
• •High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
• •Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
• •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• •User-focused with strong attention to product quality and execution standards
• •Technical background, engineering experience, or a technical degree is a strong plus
• •Genuine interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies
• •Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a strong plus
• •Experience at high-performing technology companies is also highly valued
• •Fluent in English
• •Ideally based in New York or open to relocating
