Description
Responsibilities
- •Work with C-level, HR Director, and Head of C&B on Total Rewards
- •Manage budgeting and forecasting of personnel costs
- •Develop grading and job architecture processes
- •Analyze HR ROI, productivity metrics, and effectiveness of reward strategies
- •Develop performance management framework and bonus logic
- •Handle compensation cases: offers, promotions, reorganizations, and retention cases
- •Manage LTI programs (phantom stock, virtual stock, etc.)
- •Collaborate with Finance, HRBP, and business leaders

Requirements
Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
- •Experience working with senior stakeholders and data-driven decision making
- •Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and compensation analytics
- •Expertise in grading and market benchmarking
- •Advanced level of Excel / Google Sheets
- •Experience with ERP/HRIS systems is a plus
- •Experience with LTI / equity / long-term incentive programs
- •Analytical thinking and strategic approach
