• •Lead and develop current Trainers
• •Work with Statistical data and provide different kind of reports
• •Coordinate, develop and contribute to projects in Evolution Academy
• •Create trainers work schedule and monitor their job
• •Maintain high results by analysing and resolving quality and service issues
• •Identify trends and recommending system improvements
• •Drive team results to meet EA KPI targets
• •Prepare and update the training material/sessions and take full responsibility
• •Inform the correct people about any software or hardware issues
• •Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees
• •Assist in the continuing development of the training and recruitment program
• •Report to your manager about sickness and/or changes in the schedule
• •Attend meetings, re-trainings and improve the quality of work whenever necessary
• •Report any failure by a team member to meet the company standards
• •Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees
• •Follow any reasonable request made by the company that meets the needs of the business.
