Responsibilities
- •Launch, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns
- •Manage budgets and ensure performance
- •Continuously test new hypotheses and ad combinations
- •Collaborate with the creative team: analyze competitors, generate hypotheses, and set tasks for new creatives
- •Identify growth opportunities and automate campaign management processes
Conditions

Requirements

- •Budgets starting from $100k per month on Meta, ideally scaling to $400-500k
- •Deep experience with Tier-1 markets: USA, Canada, UK, Europe
- •Over 4 years in performance/user acquisition
- •Experience in constant testing and scaling of combinations: audiences, GEO, creatives, landing pages, funnels
- •Confident working with performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV
