## What you'll do

• •Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including MPI, AML, and CFT.
• •Develop and oversee compliance and risk programs.
• •Manage regulatory reporting and stay updated on regulations.
• •Build relationships with stakeholders and influence strategic initiatives.
• •Lead a team to impact Anchorage's success.

• •Strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory environment.
• •Experience in AML/CFT and compliance frameworks.
• •Expertise in MAS requirements and financial crime regulations.
• •Ability to influence stakeholders and manage risks.
