Site Reliability Engineer

• •Build, monitor, and maintain blockchain node infrastructure for a variety of DLTs, ensuring reliability and performance.
• •Collaborate with product and platform engineers to proactively address reliability, scalability, and observability.
• •Develop scalable infrastructure using code, with a focus on Kubernetes Helm charts.
• •Automate incident detection, triage, and resolution processes.
• •Participate in the on-call rotation for systems owned by the team.

• •The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000/year up to $200,000/year.
• •Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• •4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
• •Deep familiarity with blockchain node infrastructure (e.g., running validator/full/archive nodes, RPC optimization, etc.).
• •Strong proficiency in Typescript or Golang development—with ability to build tools, services, or automation.
• •Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux internals and systems administration.
• •Strong background in distributed system design and high availability architecture.
• •3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including Helm chart authoring.
• •Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
