Overview

Responsibilities
- •Fully own the reliability of mission-critical payment services and their SLAs;
- •Fix production end-to-end: dive into code, infra configs, perform performance and network analysis;
- •Build automation and reusable tooling instead of manual firefighting;
- •Establish reliability as a discipline: implement SLOs, error budgets, conduct blameless postmortems;
- •Drive the engineering direction of the system, not just close tickets.
Conditions

Requirements
