SMM Manager

Seeking an experienced SMM Manager to enhance brand presence and develop organic growth strategies in the crypto sector.

We are a company with a payment services ecosystem and a licensed exchange with over 7 years of market experience.

## What you'll do

• •Develop and implement social media content.
• •Create creative formats, including reels and short-form videos.
• •Launch and develop organic growth mechanics on social media.
• •Organize and conduct content shoots.
• •Adapt and cross-post materials across platforms.
• •Analyze trends, references, and competitor activity.
• •Formulate and agree on a monthly content plan.
• •Prepare regular performance reports.

## Conditions

• •Full-time office work in Moscow, schedule 5/2, from 10:00 to 18:00.
• •Comfortable office and strong team.
• •Salary level discussed individually during the interview.

• •3+ years of SMM experience.
• •Practical experience managing multiple platforms simultaneously.
• •Understanding of Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, and organic promotion principles.
• •Awareness of trends and ability to adapt them to brand tasks.
• •Basic skills in Figma, Adobe Premiere, and/or CapCut.
• •Proficient oral and written communication, attention to detail.
• •Interest in the Crypto/Web3 sector and understanding of its specifics.
• •Proactive, independent work style, and readiness to propose new ideas and formats.
