Responsibilities

- •Engage with the community: respond to comments and messages, increase audience engagement and loyalty;
- •Launch and optimize paid social campaigns;
- •Monitor financial market trends and quickly integrate news into content;
- •Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions.

Requirements
Requirements
- •At least 1 year of experience as an SMM Manager;
- •Portfolio with real case studies;

- •Excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok: algorithms, trends, formats;
- •Experience managing Telegram channels: audience growth, retention, engagement;
- •English language proficiency at B2 level;
- •Strong copywriting skills in Russian and English;
- •Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools;
- •Ability to work with social media analytics;
