What you'll do
- •Create content considering news and marketing calendar, plan launches of new products and themed promotions on social media;
- •Write storytelling for viral reels, engaging posts, and stories;
- •Plan visual content with a designer, create photo and video content;
- •Come up with new audience engagement mechanics, implement them, and analyze results;
- •Strengthen the brand's expert positioning with a team of experts (dermatologist, chemist, nutritionist, and more);
- •Participate in organizing and conducting photo and video shoots;
- •Collect weekly/monthly reports, analyze which content performs best and why, and create new content based on this.
Conditions
- •Salary 100-130k rubles;
- •Office in Moscow (Savelovskaya metro). This is not a standard office where you stare at a laptop all day. Sometimes a workday isn't enough to fully test cosmetics;
