SMM Manager

Star Studios is looking for an SMM Manager to lead social media strategies and generate leads through content. The role involves content creation, analytics, and community engagement. Star Studios is a creative and educational studio for children and teenagers. We are looking for an SMM Manager who can systematically generate leads through content and funnels.

• •Managing social media: VK, Instagram, Telegram, MAX.
• •Developing and implementing content strategy.
• •Preparing content plans (weekly/monthly).
• •Creating content: texts, scripts, basic editing (reels/shorts/stories).
• •Posting and formatting publications.
• •Engaging with comments and direct messages (initial communication).
• •Generating leads through content (warming, offers, funnels).
• •Participating in the development of promotions, launches, and news.
• •Analyzing effectiveness (reach, engagement, CTR, leads).
• •Testing hypotheses (formats, topics, triggers).
• •Managing feedback and reputation.
• •Key KPI - Number and cost of leads from social media.
