SMM Specialist

## What you'll do

• •Manage the agency's social media (Telegram, Instagram)
• •Develop a creative SMM strategy to increase brand awareness and attract new clients
• •Create content plans
• •Prepare text materials in the fields of marketing, branding, and design
• •Create posts and stories (using ready-made design templates and brand style)
• •Create reels (editing, voice-over)
• •Actively participate in finding collaborations on social media
• •Meet agreed KPIs

• •Ability to shoot and edit reels
• •Ability to clearly present thoughts and ideas in written and spoken form
• •Not afraid to test hypotheses, experiment, and seek creative approaches
• •Understanding of marketing, branding, and design
• •Responsible, able to work with plans and goals
