Description

What you'll do

  • •Managing and developing accounts on X / Reddit / Instagram / TikTok
  • •Posting content (manual and auto-posting) according to the content plan and schedule
  • •Adapting content to specific platform algorithms
  • •Analyzing metrics: reach, CTR, ER, transitions, conversion
  • •Working with tracking links and traffic source analytics
  • •Testing new formats, hypotheses, and combinations
  • •Scaling working approaches and stable traffic sources
  • •Managing accounts: warming up, recovery, backups, reducing risk of restrictions
  • •Interacting with the content, design, and analytics team

Requirements

  • •Understanding of metrics: CTR, ER, CPL, conversion
  • •Experience with analytics and traffic tracking
  • •English B2+ for writing posts and communication
  • •Understanding of algorithms and promotion mechanics of platforms
  • •Independence and result orientation
