What you'll do
- •Develop content strategy and scripts for vertical videos considering platform algorithms.
- •Create videos: from editing to subtitles, sound, and covers (with designer and AI).
- •Adapt content to the mentality and trends of Tier-1 without 'Russified' templates.
- •Manage Telegram channel: posts, stories, interactions (polls, AMAs, votes), analytics, and comment management.
- •Weekly track metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- •Monitor trends and implement new formats.
