Overview
NIKA WATCHES is seeking an SMM Specialist / Content Producer to manage brand social media, create content, and analyze metrics. Hybrid work format with a unique experience in jewelry production. NIKA is a Russian jewelry watch factory with its own full-cycle production. Founded in 2003, it is the only brand in Russia that creates jewelry watches from sketch to finished product — all in one building, by hand. We need someone to tell the world about this.
What you'll do
- •Manage brand social media: content plan, texts, publications, Stories, Reels
- •Shoot content at the factory - come to the factory 3-4 times a week
- •Edit short videos and Reels (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- •Create visual creatives - carousels, covers, Stories templates
- •Monitor trends and adapt them to the luxury brand language
- •Analyze metrics and adjust strategy weekly
Conditions
- •Salary of 80,000 - 130,000 ₽ net — depends on experience and portfolio
