A large iGaming product (5+ years in the market, 150+ people) is forming an SMM team and is looking for a Lead to scale the content direction in Instagram and Telegram.
What you'll do
- •Develop SMM strategy focusing on content as a revenue influence tool (deposits, registrations, promotions)
- •Manage a team (1 SMM manager) and develop the direction
- •Create content plan, ToV, and engage in editing
- •Set tasks for designers and control visual concepts
- •Analyze metrics (ER, reach, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategy
- •Plan budget for content production
- •Collaborate with retention, design, marketing, and product teams
