Software Engineer - 2027 New Grads

Ellipsis Labs is looking for 2027 software engineering new grads to join their NYC office, working on DeFi protocols and products like Phoenix Perpetuals and SolFi.

Ellipsis Labs is a profitable, venture-backed New York-based startup building sustainable and efficient DeFi protocols on high-throughput decentralized infrastructure.

Our flagship product, Phoenix Perpetuals, brings professional-grade perpetual futures to Solana.

Combined, these products have facilitated over $285B in trading volume across Solana markets.

## What you'll do

• •Build real product features and/or platform components across the stack, front end, back end, infra, or on-chain, based on your skills and interest
• •Own scoped projects end-to-end: problem definition → design → implementation → testing → deployment → monitoring
• •Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver fast, reliable, and secure experiences
• •Instrument and improve performance, reliability, and observability; write clear tests and documentation

## Conditions

• •Salary: USD 150,000-200,000
• •All roles are in the Ellipsis Labs office in New York City

• •Hands-on experience building software in one or more languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Rust, Java, C/C++
• •Solid CS fundamentals and familiarity with Git and basic debugging
• •Ability to make informed trade-offs with business context; high agency and a team-first mindset
• •Curiosity about DeFi/crypto
