## What you'll do

• •Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python that power trading, transfers, and settlement.
• •Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to build high-quality, reliable software.
• •Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that follows best practices.
• •Help improve system performance, reliability, and development workflows.
• •Learn about cloud-based architectures, microservices, and distributed systems in a production environment.
• •Contribute to the implementation of security best practices to protect sensitive financial data.
• •Participate in code reviews and team discussions to continuously improve code quality and processes.

• •Hands-on experience with Python in backend or web application development.
• •Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL or NoSQL), and data structures.
• •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• •Interest in learning about messaging systems (NATS, Redis, etc.), and distributed architectures.
• •Curiosity about the fintech or crypto industry—previous exposure is a plus, but not required.
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
