## What you'll do

• •Run technical discovery with prospective customers.
• •Design tailored solutions and win the technical sale.
• •Own the implementation relationship from kick-off through go-live.
• •Build the Solutions Engineering playbook from scratch.
• •Identify product gaps and spot expansion opportunities post-launch.

• •7+ years in a technical customer-facing role at a B2B API or infrastructure company.
• •Track record of owning both pre-sales and post-sales.
• •Fluency with REST/WebSocket APIs, auth patterns, and integration debugging.
• •Experience selling and delivering complex integrations to fintechs, banks, or neobanks.
• •Background building process from scratch.
• •Clear, structured communicator.
