What you'll do
- •Lead technical and product demos through the pre and post sales cycles, driving technical workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and presentations to Executive sponsors.
- •Manage continuous client relationships by understanding their business requirements, expectations, and technical support needs with understanding customer technical architecture.
- •Collaborate with Executive Directors, Product Management and Engineering Teams, contributing to the development of new product features.
- •Act as a client advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
- •Clearly communicate client requirements to the Sales Team for their sales calls.
- •Possess strong technical skills to explain APIs and create compelling technical demos.
