What You’ll Own & Drive
Pre-Sales
- •Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver product demos for prospective mid-market clients.
- •Scope and run POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and validate technical fit early in the sales cycle.
Onboarding & Implementation
- •Guide clients through SDK and API integrations end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live.
- •Coordinate with Engineering on escalations and own delivery milestones throughout the implementation.
Post-Sales & Account Health
- •Act as the ongoing technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
- •Proactively identify expansion opportunities and resolve issues before they escalate.

Your Background
Required
- •Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- •Hands-on experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role at a SaaS company.
- •Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integration patterns.
- •Familiarity with web technologies and web SDK integrations.
- •Familiarity with mobile technologies and mobile SDK integrations (iOS / Android).
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and professional-level English.
- •Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with high organization and follow-through.
- •Comfortable working fully remote with distributed teams across time zones.
