OLOVO is the first Moscow-based heritage brand, seeking a Special Projects Manager to lead partnership and cross-functional initiatives.

## What you'll do

• •Launch and coordinate special projects
• •Communicate with partners
• •Organize all implementation stages
• •Initiate interactions and conduct negotiations
• •Prepare and conclude agreements
• •Develop concepts and plan projects
• •Oversee production and implementation
• •Provide PR and communication support
• •Analyze effectiveness and extend projects
• •Administer processes and control deadlines
• •Coordinate all project participants

## Conditions

• •Work in Moscow timing (10:00–19:00, with possible flexibility)
• •Hybrid format: remote work + meetings in Moscow
• •Income level discussed individually
• •Self-employment/IP/GPH during adaptation (2–3 months), potential transition to full-time
