What you’ll do
- •Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Metabase for ALM reporting and analysis
- •Automate ALM reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of critical reports
- •Write efficient, scalable scripts (in Python, SQL, etc.) to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources
- •Collaborate with ALM analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for downstream applications and reporting
- •Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and reliability. Implement version control and documentation for dashboards and scripts

Who you are
- •The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or BI Developer role with a strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and working with large datasets
- •Proven experience in building and deploying dashboards in Tableau and Metabase
- •Understanding of financial concepts and blockchain fundamentals
- •Experience with ETL tools, workflow automation, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with AWS and Snowflake as cloud platforms are a strong plus
- •Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with strong communication skills and attention to detail
