The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a full-cycle GTM recruiter in high-growth environments, with deep experience hiring Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Support, and the broader sales team.
What you'll do
- •Own full-cycle recruiting in support of our Head of Sales, Enterprise AEs, sales leadership hires, and adjacent GTM roles as needed
- •Serve as the Head of Sales' trusted talent partner: weekly syncs, candid pipeline reviews, honest reads on candidates and on the market
- •Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools to surface, engage, and attract top GTM talent at scale
- •Articulate Perplexity's mission, product, and trajectory in a way that wins candidates against competing offers from later-stage companies
- •Negotiate and close with precision in a market where every strong candidate has competing offers on the table
- •Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes, using AI to turn data into faster, smarter hiring decisions
- •Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI recruiting tools, and best practices in GTM recruiting
