Description

What You'll Be Doing

  • β€’Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
  • β€’Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on the product offering of OKX
  • β€’Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
  • β€’Lead our partnership work through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
  • β€’Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients, ensuring positive customer experience
  • β€’Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients
  • β€’Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.
  • β€’Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.

Requirements

What We Look For In You

  • β€’Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
  • β€’Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
  • β€’Proven experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance or trading industry
  • β€’Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
  • β€’Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • β€’Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • β€’In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the LATAM region
