Description
What You'll Be Doing
- •Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
- •Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on the product offering of OKX
- •Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
- •Lead our partnership work through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
- •Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients, ensuring positive customer experience
- •Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients
- •Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.
- •Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.

Requirements
What We Look For In You
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- •Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- •Proven experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance or trading industry
- •Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- •Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- •Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- •In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the LATAM region

- •Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
