Join MEDvidi as a Staff DevOps Engineer to build an AI platform for mental health in the USA, focusing on infrastructure vision and management. We are building an AI platform for mental health in the USA: licensed doctors + our own AI tools that take care of routine tasks (charting, follow-ups, treatment plans) so that doctors can focus on patients instead of paperwork.
What You Will Do
- •Vision and quarterly roadmap for infrastructure, proactively with trade-offs and metrics
- •AWS + Kubernetes (EKS): Karpenter, Kyverno, zero-downtime
- •End-to-end IaC: Terraform, AWS CDK (TS) + GitLab CI (self-managed)
- •Observability that is actually used: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- •Blue-green deployments, health-gated rollback, zero-downtime migrations for PostgreSQL
- •Security in a HIPAA environment: secrets, Vault as code
- •Agentic AI (Claude Code and similar) as part of daily work, not just for show
