Requirements
- •10+ years backend engineering experience
- •3+ years at Staff level or equivalent
- •Strong production experience in Go, Rust, Java, C++
- •Hands-on Go experience or readiness to ramp on Go
- •Proven track record building high-load, multi-tenant SaaS
- •Experience with gRPC/HTTP, queues/streams, caching
- •Production-grade use of AI coding tools like Claude Code
