• •Architect and scale production infrastructure with pragmatic patterns and automation to achieve high availability and predictable performance under $10B+ deposits.
• •Build self-service infrastructure with developer tooling and paved paths to reduce deployment time, unblock engineers, and increase deploy frequency.
• •Design and evolve high-performance data and indexing systems with scalable architectures to process billions of on-chain events with sub-minute latency.
• •Establish GitOps-based deployment practices with progressive rollouts and safe rollback mechanisms to reduce MTTR and increase operational confidence.
• •Implement end-to-end observability with metrics, tracing, and alerting to proactively detect issues and meet agreed SLOs.
• •Lead incident management and post-mortems with clear written follow-ups to improve reliability, learning, and long-term system health.
• •Drive infrastructure strategy through written RFCs, infrastructure-as-code standards, and cross-team alignment to ensure infrastructure decisions map to product and business impact.
